A website suggested to hold down the LFO shape buttons while turning on to reset the Virus. Not sure if this is a software reset or something else, but it fixed the problem. Don't know what the problem was in the first place, but it's all good now and I've got it back up and running. Thanks for the response Marc

Hey guys,

My Virus B was working perfectly fine a couple of days ago, except now when I turn it on, I am unable to control any functions; save for the volume and the buttons. The knobs are no longer functioning and I don't know why??? I can change patches and values from within the Edit menus accessed via the Edit buttons. No clue as to why this suddenly started, haven't touched anything.

Haven't yet attempted a software reset.

Anybody have any ideas?
