Any chance we might get an update for Chrissy Marc?
you will for sure get a fix. but it will not make it into the next release. we need to rewrite a bunch of code to get it as fast again and that's not done in a day.
best, marc
No worries marc. Thanks for working on a fix
I can not confirm this list.

Can you provide any different information?
No more betas for the Halloween weekend? We were getting one a week not that long ago!
I think we should give them a break then!
We've got the x64 support we all wanted, and BEFORE Windows 7 was released.
Well done Marc & Access, have some beers
WOW! +10 for this!!
Fresh install of Windows 7 x64 with Ableton Live 8, install went fine, but VC is very laggy when changing between pages (eg. from Browser to OSC), and when changing some parameters.
Oddly enough, I've noticed that some parameters do not suffer from lag.
eg most things on the OSC page are fine, and the amplifier section of the Filter page is fine, but the Filter Common: OSC Vol slider is horribly laggy.
Likewise, the Filter 1 Resonance knob is fine, but Filter 2 Resonance knob is laggy.
But generally things are a bit unresponsive and slow
Could you please send me a link to that thread?
I would really like to read it.
Of course.
All Cubase/Virus TI users should be aware of this and should make as much noise as possible so that Steinberg wake up to themselves
http://forum.cubase.net/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?p=892099
This has nothing to do with cubase.
Uh, want to actually contribute something useful to this forum (for a change) and explain why you THINK that is the case?
Especially when Marc and access have clearly stated that it is due to Steinberg not implementing sidechain support for instruments? Jeez, there is even a thread acknowledging it on Cubase.net
Sounds good to me too Marc.
I'm sorry, but I disagree with the thread starter and think the new skin is great, MUCH easier on the eyes in the dark or late at night.
Cheers

Comb Filters
Oscillators as modulation sources in the mod matrix
LFO's that go way into the audio range
ZitatMore filter types is what I'd really be interested in. Maybe a couple more distortion types too.
If the virus had a comb filter, and gooood tape and tube saturations I wouldn't be able to think of anything else I'd want.
ZitatComb filters!
Or other interesting filters, check out the ones in Largo, to die for.
Agreed with these!

Could someone from Access comment on whether faster LFO's would be technically possible without changes to hardware (Marc? Ben?)
Any word on progress yet Access? Are we talking weeks or months until a beta release?
