  • Virus Snow- TI MIDI question, for a Non-Owner

    after much deliberation, tooing and froing, I am about to pull the trigger on a Snow...


    i have a question that that I can't seem to find answer to, so thought I'd ask it here, to the experts!


    i understand that there can be some issues with the TI aspect I am also aware that this does t affect everyone and is likely to do with USB ports not being usb1, or the users system not being compatible.


    (Btw Windows 7, ableton suite 8, old pc user here!)


    So, my question is this- IF I were to run into issues with the TI aspect, can I still access it, if I ditched the usb connection, and just used din midi cables, and 1/4 jack for the audio into my sound card?


    I really like the idea of TI and the Snow is just perfect for me, so being able to use it properly would be awesome.
