From the description it seems to me that the bandwidth is not enough. Do the sounds get distorted when using the analogue outputs? Are you using the Virus with a dedicated usb card?

Featuring: Access Virus TI2 Desktop; AKG k141 MK2 headphones; Cakewalk A500PRO MIDI controller; Laney AudioHub AH100 combo amp.
More than I could ask for my enjoyment.
Oh and ray: since you racked your Virus, can the back panel be rotated on the TI2 (like on the TI1, to save rack space) or not?
-
Isn't there anything about how to rack it in the manual? I know for sure there is a paragraph in the TI mk1's manual

D is for Direct Monitoring, whereas Live reduces latency for playback but disengages sample-precision afaik.
I don't understand why you are using the D button instead of assigning the desired part to an analog output pair, or I don't understand what you're trying to say altogether -
It's normal. You have to compensate for analog latency in a different way.
EDIT: unless this timing changed from the former behavior in earlier TIOS ofc.

The Virus (maybe moreso via USB) is noticeably quieter than most software instruments and than a lot of other hardware. It needs to be that way because of the high voice count. To overcome that you simply turn down everything else or put a gainer on the Virus channels. Especially simple sounds with no unison and only 1 or 2 oscillators will sound very quiet compared to software that has no such limitations
Maybe you can try to post an example of how low your Virus is without touching any of the levels and we see if it's abnormally low or working perfectly

I had a similar trouble not Virus related which got fixed by going into my mainboard's BIOS and disabling the energy-saving status of my i5-750; it fixed crackling with M-Audio products. Besides the other advice you'll receive, take a couple of minutes to try that too - you can always roll back if it doesn't work.
A bit more information on your setup could help: is your Virus using a dedicated USB HUB/Card with its IRQ not being shared? IRQ Sharing and bandwidth conflicts can lead to various issues.

As soon as I get my amp back you can have a pic of my minuscule rig but it's no big deal...keys, Virus, amp

Because probably the custom forum software that Access Music pays for doesn't allow users to do it themselves. If that's the case, only support can do it for you. I don't think it's very hard to understand.
-
Good to know you've solved your issues
-
It is possible. VCC will recognize and update both of them and you will able to open 2 different instances of the plugin
-
Step up and down a patch and it will go back to the previous saved state
-
Prova a reinstallare il firmware usando il Virus Control Center.
Se non funziona, copia e salva in posizione sicura la tua cartella "my patches", disinstalla tutto e reinstalla da capo. -
Both 2 times I received stuff with UPS it got delivered to other people, so good luck. Those were a synthesizer and a laptop battery.

I hate to say it again but YOU HAVE TO CONTACT SUPPORT ABOUT IT BECAUSE ON NO FORUM YOU'RE ABLE TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
-
You usually can't delete your account on forum softwares (like the one Access is using) - I think you should ask support to do it for you.

Marc explicitly stated the stickers are optional
