Hey man I feel like I've been getting the same thing. Are you getting a full on crunchy sound, or just this weird sort of subtle distortion? That's what I'm getting - everything sounds a little too crunchy and not smooth and clean. And I am making sure that all the sounds have no filter saturation, distortion, anything on them. I feel it's gotten worse with the newest software update... Are you getting the same thing?

Thanks for this guys! I figured as much - some of the patches seem low in volume but things can get loud quickly with lots of oscillators or feedback or whatever. I'm sure it's just access allowing for a lot of headroom . Peace!

i assume no since the outputs are +4 and can probably go right into a line in or even a converter. Incidentally, is there a general rule for when and when not to use DI's on the outputs of synths? thanks for any help!

I like to edit Multi's in SEQ mode since it's easier to browse sounds and such. I know how to copy the contents of Sequencer mode into the Multi buffer and store as a Multi, but does anyone know how to go the other way? I.e., take a stored Multi patch and dump into the SEQ section for editing? Anyone? I'm not using Virus Control at all, simple MIDI in/out to computer. thnx

help. My virus TI Desktop is strangely out of tune. It's like in between semitones. I have a Mac Pro intel, use PT8 LE, and am upgraded to the newest Virus software. Any ideas?
