Problems with installing software

Have had problems trying to install software for the access virus ti desktop on my quad core pc? The software keeps stopping prematurely when loading. Have tried different usb ports
with no luck so have ordered a belkin usb pci card so I hope this will sort the problem out when it arrives? Any advice would be appreciated

In the end found an old usb hub and installed the earlier version of software...........now is all working!!
A bit disapointed there are only 6 audio outs...3 stereo pairs within cubase but I can work round that......
Now I need to learn how to use it.......
