Access Virus TI Polar config button no longer working

Hi,

Switched my virus back on after a few weeks of no use and there was some immediate strange behavior on the Single and Multi buttons. I also had some ghost buttons being pressed like the LFO and Filter editing when using it.

Now the Config button has stopped working altogether!

Standalone virus has been great up until now. What must I do to fix it?

I managed to get it working, but only if I press the keyboard down to the lowest transpose!!!??

(Also the lowest transpose keyboard light always seems to be lit?)
