1. allow the number of voices that a patch uses to be set. this seems like a no brainer. maybe you have a sound with long release but you only need (or want) to be able to play 3 notes at once.

I would love both of these features! esp voice count selection

I'd definitely enjoy a voice count limiter! The question is: should it be a part of the patch itself, or global per part?
Sometimes you can use voice count limiters for creative effects too. Definitely a feature for Access to think about.
a truly fantastic feature would be it's own full screen on the editor, where graphs broke down % usage of each patch, showed how many voices are currently available for each patch, and adjustable, dynamically.
