thanks for your reply Marc, but there are no plans to integrate a "choose path" inside the software under patch utility/config it should be easy to do that.

Hi
It's is possible to change the patches file location on the pc which is by default in "c:/users/username/mydocuments/access music/virus ti/patches" ?
It would be nice to change to another path on your computer, i just had to install a fresh windows and forgot i had the patches folder on C drive which is the system drive so i lost all the patches i've made =( -
those were made with a Roland SC55 using GS banks not GM.

what if your seq uses the same note next to each other in some point? ie C1 C1 A#2 C1 C2 C1 C1 , when using that technique the arp holds the note instead of playing each time the same
-
virus ti doesnt have a "step" mode on arp, you can't program the note, you can send arp to matrix and dest osc pitch but you don't have control on what notes play on each step.
-
as i understand you want to bend OSC 1 on each note you press, right?
LFO 1
Shape = Saw
Modulation Osc 1
ENV Mode = ON
Set Rate Value -
Would be great to be able to send Modulations to individual voices
-
any news?
-
you are almost there, bring up more high freq, and play on higher notes
here's the one i made, is this what you are looking for?

why is there only mid eq available in the mod matrix? Why not No low and high EQ settings?
-
play with portamento and fx: curry overdrive + vowel filter + EQ
i actually was able to programm a very similiar screech on my ti2
-
For live sequencing i would use midi without even opening vc
-
Dont get me wrong but why would you want to use vc live?
-
Velocity to pitch could also work nice
-
are you able to test if the problem happens in another DAW?
-
What if you connect a midi keyboard directly to your Virus c midi in? Is there any latency if play directly?
-
. are you experience this latency in every projects?
. if you use a midi keyboard to control a vst do you also have latency?
. check asio buffer
. update drivers -
i have a way around it on cubase, don't know about other daws, but adding a button to vc that disconnect the machine from the plugin would be much easier, for sure there are other people that would like this
-
i would uninstall the VC on both machines and reinstall it again (using same folder on both)
