I’ve been trying to control my virus TI with a novation SL mk3 via midi cable no usb. It receives note data, pitch bend and mod wheel ok, but any cc knob movement has no response. The novation has a cc map for the virus and I’ve checked it, it seems to tally but no response for cc data from the novation. Anyone with any ideas? All the channels are configured because note data/pitch bend gets through. Why not CC?
hang on I’ve just solved it. In the config menu I had controller A set to sys ex not controller. Only 5 hours wasted.
