Current Virus control center with Virus TI2 Polar
Im trying to record automation for a midi part ive previously recorded. I know that the virus sends the cc info via VST and records every single knob and pitch bend by enabling Write on the Virus TI VST automation track. BUT the mod wheel (although showing up as a possible automation choice in the Virus TI VST automation list) does not record automation there.
After hours of headache It seems the mod wheel sends its info over midi only so i am forced to make a copy of the midi track and delete the events then record the mod wheel automation on that copy. This works but seems needlessly complicated.
Why doesnt the mod wheel send its data over the vst like every other knob & wheel? is there a way to change this if not please add in future OS upgrade.
