I can't shut off my Virus TI with the TRANSPOSE buttons. When I plug it in it gets stuck at the WELCOME screen after it appears to load the OS. I just updated the software to the latest version (5.0.3 I think). Any tips on getting the Virus to boot up successfully?
It was just working moments ago. I was trying to get it to work as a MIDI controller within ProTools 11 but with no luck. Then, the OS froze up on me, and it's stuck here.
