Hello and sorry for my bad english (i'm from France)
I have a second hand Virus Ti Polar that works perfectly yet I can't install the software : I have tried with the CD, with the Software installers found in the download section of the site, I've tried different versions, on 2 PC's but it always crashes my computer when the "1 Virus TI found, switching to update mode" appears. It crashes like a can't even move my mouse, I can't do anything.
My Virus is on 4.5.3. I've tried installing the 5.08 version, and tried to install just the software, but it always crashes during the installation, I really need help.
