Had this problem recently with my ti snow, if you change the mode the note will stop sustaining

I'm not sure what it was - I installed the newest OS and everything seems to be working properly, no problems. Thanks for the help!

Hey everybody,
Just got my first synth - a used Virus C! Really been digging the sounds from it. Just one question -
I have a supersaw patch I made that I've been sending pretty large chords to (6-7 notes) and after about 5-10 minutes of playing the pattern the sound will just go. Not sure where. When I power off/on the synth it comes back perfectly fine and works. Am I using too many voices/overloading? Or is it some kind of bug? What does the Virus do when there are too many voices playing? I'm pretty new to all this so just trying to figure out what I can.
I also noticed that there's an OS update (6.5) and I'm at 5.5 if that could have anything to do with it.
