  • integration problem

    I use Windows, and I connected my virus TI 2 with a MAC , when i did it the virus did some problems with the integration, and now with my windows as well, doesn't work propely! usb signal is at 3 , before was at 5 ,as usual and sometimes goes in crash! help me please ,what should i do? many thanks
