I've had this problem since upgrading to Logic X and Mavericks, but only when the sample rate is 48kHz. Things seem relatively stable at 44.1kHz. Total Integration was definitely better before Mavericks/Logic X, though. If all else fails, it may be worthwhile to forgo Virus Control and use the Virus TI via MIDI instead of USB.
