    Hi,

I finally bought the official/authentic power supply vs. a generic one with same voltage/current I was using temporarily.

However, now every time the connector on the synth gets bumped, the synth briefly turns off/on again. ?( I verified that it's not the cable, because I can move the cable around as much as I want if I hold the connector steady.

I did notice it's about 2mm longer than the hole, so it sticks out a bit - but that's not quite uncommon.

Is this normal? Do they all do this? The problem is that a slight bump, and I lose the TI2 power. I'm worried about gigs, a tiny cable pull or something and big embarrassment. :S

I checked my other synths, and they don't do this. Maybe the hole for the centre pin is too big? So it's okay while resting, but a movement can make it lose connection.

Basically I want to check whether this is a known issue and happens to others, too? Thanks. So far searches haven't found anything.

    Hi all,

This is my first post and apologies if it's an obvious question but I haven't been able to find an answer for it. I got a Virus Ti2 Desktop, and first of all wow, I love it so far.

It came with version 5.0.0.3 I believe and in the Mac Audio & MIDI utility it showed as one device with 6 outputs. I didn't take a close look, should've taken a screenshot. However, since I'm on Sierra, I updated to the latest version and now it shows 2 devices with 2 in / 2 out. Bit accurate and core audio. I'm not sure the difference between the two, but I can't help to think that I lost some functionality (outputs) during the upgrade. Is this normal?

Can anyone provide me the piece of mind that I didn't lose any outputs and that they were only available within Virus Control / DAW anyway? Otherwise would've been cool to use it as a sound card with multiple outputs for my purposes.

Hope what I wrote makes sense. Thanks for the help!! :D
