New owner of a Virus C (first Virus I've ever owned), just arrived last night, and already I'm having problems:
1) I'm not getting any sound out of the Virus, with working headphones plugged into the phones jack. The Virus is indicating it's receiving the MIDI signal on the proper channel, but I can't hear anything.
2) Sometimes when I power up the Virus, after the OS message the screen goes blank, and the only way I can get it fixed is to turn the unit off & on again, sometimes several times.
Is this an issue with OS 6.5? Previoius owner said he had no problems like this. I hope it's just me doing something simple and stupid. I have a lot of experience with synths but am new to the Virus.
