Nevermind, turned out to be an easy do-it-yourself project. I just opened up, removed the daughter board and that exposed the plastic in front of the screeen.

I just got my TI2 back from Access after they fixed the crooked screen which was great. Unfortunately there is now a big speck of dust on the screen. Is there some way to remove that using canned air or something? I can't believe I'd be the first person to have to remove dust from off of the LCD screen. I did a search here, but couldn't find anything relevant. Kemper gave me great Customer Service in fixing the cookedness, so I don't want to sound ungrateful, but I'd just like a clean screen.

I just received a B-Stock Access Virus T2 and it has a crooked screen. The lines are angled slightly up and to the right. It comes with a warranty. Does anyone know the process to get it repaired? Would I send it somewhere in the US or would it need to get shipped overseas? They do not have any more B-Stock to replace it with. I’m just trying to figure out what will be easier.

BTW, I’m absolutely in love with the sound of it. So much inspiration just from going through the presets…
