Wondering if Virus Control follows "Software Instrument Pitch" adjustments and tuning settings in Logic 9 or do I have to do that Via Ti hardware?

in case you mean alternative tunings, no, that's not supported.

Yes was meaning alternative tunings but mostly over all pitch settings, called "Software Instrument Pitch" in the tuning prefs.
Pure tuning is sufficient for alternative tunings for me but having VC follow logic pitch setting as would be great as I never use 440 concert pitch..
Not a big problem though and thats for fast reply

are you trying to make it sound off-tune or adjust to e.g. a 443hz "orchestra" tuning? in which way, your (static) tuning does vary per song?

ah, i see - no, the virus wouldn't be able to follow those tuning tables.

i think if you post a feature request we can at least see from the response of other users if such a feature would be welcome by a few or many. with alternative tunings we are torn in between to be honest. musically, it sure is a great thing but that doesn't mean that loads of people use it.

ps. to know if an implementation is feasible from a technical point of view, we would have to investigate much more.
