Hi there,
Well I've been trying now for about an hour to get my the installer on my mac to see my TI2, no joy. Keep getting the msg 'no virus found'..
Tried every combination of power, exit, usb, etc etc... Two different USB slots, tried a powered usb2 hub, tried everything.
Any ideas?

System: Mac Quad - 2x3Ghz Dual Intel Xeon running OS X 10.5.8
Virus TI2 currently reporting OS V3.04 although I did run the 05 installer a while back...

you should get in touch with support by email. they can help you out. there are no indicators right now that OS 3.1. has a special installation problem. i've installed it myself on various macs and didn't discover a problem doing so.

I'm having the same problem using the latest update and using the Virus TI 1 via USB in Logic 8. It says "No Virus can be found"
I am having the same problem with the 3.1 installer under Vista:
- The driver installation dialog asks me to connect the virus
- I tried replugging, removing power, installing without being plugged in first, uninstalling drivers before installing...
... no luck...
- even Windows shows me in the task bar, that there is an unknown USB device
- the driver dialog just stays where it is, then a timeout for the driver installation comes
- now the software continues installing other things but some seconds later it stops saying "Scanning for Virus TI"
any ideas what could be wrong?
