Using Atomizer with Virus TI as the audio interface

I'm putting together a live rig together and was curious if this set up would work. I just thought of this and am not in front of my TI, otherwise I would just try it.

So my question is... on my MacBook Pro, would I be able to use the TI as the audio interface for Traktor Pro (or my computer) and then be able atomize the output of it? If possible, I'd like to avoid using the 1/8" output of the MBP or use a second audio interface to go into the TI's analog inputs.
