Just picked up a used Snow yesterday and I cannot register the serial number to my account as it is already registered to someone else.
you need to make the original owner to contact access support and state that he has sold his virus to you (by giving his and your address etc.) - after that we can transfer the registration.

I bought my TI used from a small music shop. I believe it's had two owners before me. How would I identify, locate, & contact the original owner?

you don't need to do this anymore. you register, we take care of the rest.
