Why can’t I change the sound when I change the sound ban?

My Access TI won’t change the sound even though l’m changing the sound bank. I’ve tried everything I can think of. Can anyone help me?

Is this changing via Midi cc message or just from the virus itself?

Multi mode or Single?

What does it do (or not do)?

Sounds strange. I've never had a problem changing patches.
