I have a virus patch that I want to tweak and record all knob movements, using Logic. For that purpose I turn automation recording on (write mode, for instance) and all knob movements are recorded in realtime. Then I want to play back project from a given point, in the middle of my automation recording for instance. The patch sounds the way it was tweaked at the end of automation recording, changing of course during playback, but not from the 'starting point'. The solution is to reload the patch in vc.
I know there is a Logic option to follow automation changes while moving to different parts (time) of projects, but can't find it at the moment...
help, please...
