virus not powering on

i just bought a brand new virus ti 2. I plugged it in... and nothing happens!! no lights come on... help!!! ive tried pressing the two transpose buttons..

anyone can u help me.?

If its not working correctly please return it from where you purchased it for a new one.....

In any case it could be the power pack that connects the power cord...I hope this dos not put you in any inconvenience, but just get a refund or a return for a new one.

Hey Woodster?? Are you saying you have a Virus Ti 2 Keyboard, and it came with a power pack??

Mine only came with x2 power cords...

Could I be missing something?? What Country are you in.. could u take a photo of the power pack and its make/model etc. I would be very appreicated. (There is no checklist of contents - or at least I didnt get one)
