Setting Up Midi Channels on Akai MPC5000 w/ TI2

    Hey,


    I just got the Virus & have it slaved to the MPC. How in the Virus' multi mode would I setup my 16 midi channels? I have tried using the "Init 1-16" channels at the beginning of multi mode & when I create a sound on the first "Init 1" & switch to the second "Init 2" on the Virus it changes the midi data I recorded on the first midi channel of the MPC to the sound on the Virus' "Init 2" channel.

    When I use my TI Keyboard with a hardware sequencer, I create a Multi Mode 'patch' and then record my tweaks into my hardware. I guess I don't know how I can help you without more info.
