virus control automaticly change patches

  • hello

i've just bought a new virus ti2 keyboard. i've installed it and started with cubase 5.1, opened virus control and selected a patch i liked. when i make a midi line with some notes, virus control selects another patch (mostly the first patch of the bank) when i stop playing. i also get: an sync error has occured stop start to clear. but i do not every time get this message.

    please help me

ps the virus standalone has no problems

  • you should get in touch with access support by email.

    best, marc

  • I believe there might be some SysEx bank and program changes in your midi track.
Is this a loaded project or a brand new one?
Somethimes, even when there is no part laid down.
It can hide in the shadows.
Try a fresh track and see if it dissappears.
    Good luck

it a brand new project i have my virus for 2 day's now
but i am gonna mail access about this and see if thay have a solution for me

  • no just trough usb, problem exists when i use the virus as sound card.
latency is 50 miliseconds can be 12 miliseconds.
i think vst2 but i am not sure.

    50 ms is too high
at 256 sample rate should be 6.30ms at input latency and 30.27ms at output latency
please check your usb bandwidth ,it should be used 73%
