two questions about saving / loading presets

Hi, loving the sounds from my VIrus TI Desktop but have questions

1. I have some patches I created with the virus control software. I saved them in "My patches" which was a already folder. How do I get to these patches on the virus in multi mode?

2. If I have a multi preset saved on the virus which I created in Multi Mode, how do I load it in sequencer mode using virus control?

I need to be able to transfer multi's between my desktop and a polar at another studio, what do you recommend I do?
