Sorry if this has been covered, i couldn't find anything in the search. I've picked up a 2nd hand virus b and 2 or 3 of the buttons seem to stick, it worked ok for about 10 minutes at first, but now i can't move between presets as the effects / multi & single seem to be stuck, when in multi mode i get the effects light on, and the effects menu displayed, and in single mode the menu switches to Input global direct thru. If i press the single button sometimes the preset menu comes back but soon switches back again.
Is it worth opening it up and trying to reseat the buttons? Are there any online store that have replacement parts?
