I have win 7 64 bit and Cubase 5 + Virus TI desktop, and my USB Channel 3 is not working, anybody else having this problem? when I got in to list of channels at the common page, usb channel 3 is been written with grey letters, so obiously something doesnt support the confiquration?

check the I/O config settings. the default is 2/0 which means that there is no third output
