updating the OS should take a while. possibly up to 20 minutes or more.
It might look like it's frozen but it's not. You just have to wait.
Uninstall the whole virus software and Reinstall it.

when i open virus control center and plug in the virus ti .. device name says - unsupported device, device type - unknown, status - error

try again but this time switch on the TI while holding the EXIT key. if that doesn't help, please contact support
