Program Change messages to external gear

    I'm guessing from your question that you own a keyboard. While I don't have experience with what you describe, I wonder what the Virus sends out of the 'MIDI out' port when you disable a part in the Virus but still let it come out through MIDI, select this part to be displayed on the LCD screen and then press the bank/patch select buttons.

    That might be possible, but I'm thinking about the possibility to send a bank/program message that selects a specific patch on an external midi device. I use different multi-programs for different songs and if I use some other midi device in the same song I would like the Virus to select the correct patch for this device as well.
