I'm using a Virus TI through usb into Ableton 8. When I mess around and jam with songs I make live the TI seems to work fine and there is no lag. For some reason though when I actually record the midi notes I'm playing they always record a few ticks to the right of how I played them. This seems really strange because when I play them they are correct. It seems to be a very consistent amount and every note is shifted to the point where it no longer matches up to my songs. Anyone know if this issue is caused by the Virus or some sort of compensation system in ableton? I've used a few other keyboards in ableton for years with no trouble but the routing is slightly different than a normal keyboard. I followed the setup instructions. Any help would be massively appreciated!
