I live in Colorado and need help getting a good unit. This is obviously the synth I need, but do I want to pay 3000 plus for it. Be honest.

have you checked musician’s friend? they have the ti2 desktop for 2240 and both the polar and keyboard for 2990.

Musician's Friend are constantly sending out 10 - 15% off coupons, just wait a bit for one of those... no need to pay full price (I certainly didn't )
