Missing sounds in the ROM... advices?

Hi guys, I bought the Virus TI2 Polar a couple of days ago.

Last night, mysteriously, all the presets from ROM: V, W, X disappered. And yet I'm quite sure I've seen them filled with presets initially. Besides, now when I filter sounds according to a category, e.g. a category of bass sounds, the results coming back are on 1 of 6 pages instead of 1 of 7 pages back then.

What happened with all these sounds? Is there a way to restore them? Is all of this normal?

However I have installed a current version 4.5.3.00 OS.

Is this the only solution possible? Unfortunately I can't upgrade to 5.0.3 because I have Leopard 10.5.8. It is possible, on the other side, going back to the version preceding the 4.5.3.00? Maybe it could help too...
