For the past three years, the main board in my rig has been a Nord Lead 2x. I recently replaced it with the Virus TI2 Keyboard. Of course, I have several patches on the Nord that I would like to transfer over to the virus (I realize they won't sound exactly the same).
Is there any software out there that can be used to transfer parameter settings of patches from one synth to another?

The architecture is quite different so you'll have to come out with equivalences and approximations.
