To me it sounds like ordinary hypersaw + a little vibrato. LFO 3 is usually used (with the mod wheel) for the pupose of vibrao. The rate is medium-fast. There is a click in the beginnig which you can get by increasing the punch parameter. If you are not satisfied with the punch, you can add an ENV LFO in sawtooth form and very fast rate and steep contour to contol pitch with a considerable amount. hope this helps.
