Latency

I'm having latency issues (can you hardly believe it? lol) In Ableton 9.1. I've tried lowering the bit rate which just makes it sound worse but doesn't lower latency.
I'm curious if Ableton 9.2 will solve my problem. This is annoying.

Anyone have suggestions?
