Modal Electronics 001

    I've just listened to a handful of demo videos and it does sound nice, but I didn't hear any sounds that you couldn't do with a Snow or full TI synth. Maybe the Modal would sound a bit warmer, because of the part-analog architecture?

    Yeah, already have a Virus TI and I'm pretty sure I have'nt scratched the surface with it yet but just had some GAS for the Modal ;)


    Yeah, it does sound a bit warmer than the Virus, I had a listen to the 002 yesterday, but I was'nt blown out of the water. I think you could generate much the same sounds from the Virus and you could run it through some UAD or an analogue box to warm it up a bit.


    I'm going to stick with my Virus
