Unwanted Phasing

    Hey guys,


    I'm just trying to make a simple saw bass patch using the unison feature. It seems to phase in and out in terms of it's high end / timbre if i play a long note, or it will sound completely different from note to note if played in quick succession. Just wondering if that's normal / to be expected with a hardware synth - or if there's something else going on?

    Regarding sound changing from note to note, try setting "OSC init" (in the OSC common section) to something other than "off", it may help.
    As for phasing - it's a natural outcome of mixing slightly detuned oscillators, which is exactly what unison does. Either give up unison, or vice versa, try increasing the detune so it's more like chorusing.
