USB Driver not being recognised in Window 10

Just got my Access Virus Snow, trying to set it up.

I downloaded the latest s/ware and installed it, when it asked me to connect the Virus then Windows tells me:

USB Device Not Recognised

The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognise it.

I tried the VST plug in (in Reaper) and it cannot(no surprise) find the Access Virus, and recommended I reset the system: by pressing the "EDIT ARP" button whilst restarting - I cant see a button called EDIT ARP, just one called ARP, so I tried pressing that...n o luck. What am I doing wrong?

Any new about this issue ? I havent found solution so sent desktop to service center. Waiting for results.

there is no general issue, so there is no general solution. but if i'd be you I would contact support instead of sending your desktop to a service center prior to consultation from our end.
