The virus control does not connect… even after remove all cables, hold Exit key etc… control midi ok

An idea ? can anyone help me?
Problem solved !!!!
Mac os/ Preference / Security and privacy / Allow applications… clik ok
Relock the preferences, install the program again Virus installation and restart. and that's all
