Routing audio back through TI using SPDIF?

    Ok, so I am wondering if this is at all possible please?


    I am not using the TI as an audio interface, so I feed my Mic into my Focusrite Saffire Pro firewire audio device, and into LogicProX. I also feed the SPDIF from the Virus out into the Saffire Pro - all works fine and I am able to record as one would expect. What I would like to do, is to somehow route the Mic signal (or any other audio within LogicProX) into the SPDIF of the Virus so I can make use of the effects in the TI.


    In a nutshell... is this possible please?

    Marc? Anyone at Access able to offer some insight here please? Is the Virus able to accept an audio input signal via SPDIF? Or do I need to route audio into the Input jacks?

    This sounds more like a routing process that can be done from your saffire mix control directly under routing options. Regarding the virus, on the synth directly, press Config - go to inputs 2/2 and select source SPDIF. Hope this helps!
