Virus Ti2 hangs Logic 8 while closing the program

Basically, when i close Logic 8, it hangs if i'm using Virus ti2. i have to kill Logic 8.
It works perfectly fine if i use other AU plugins like Sylenth1, Vangaurd. Ofcourse, they do not sound anywhere near Virus.

Also, sometimes logic doesn't crash if you close the Virus control but sometimes that doesn;t work either.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue and knows any workaround?

logic hangs it says "application not responding".

I did contact Access support and ticket number is SI00013173.
