hi, please give us more information on how your gear is connected.

The Virus TI is not a class compliant MIDI device and needs a MIDI driver to be seen by the macOS.
Since the original drivers provided by Access Music don’t work on macOS newer than 10.14, you need third party drivers or must use the DIN connection for MIDI.
