I recently switched my global sample rate in Ableton to 88.2 and I'm a little confused regarding what frequency to set the Virus at. I am aware that SRC is easier in multiples of two, so I currently have the Virus set at 44.1. However, what I don't quite get is whether the Virus' sample rate represents the internal resolution, and therefore doesn't require any SRC in the first place. As a note, I am streaming my audio via USB (through Virus Control).
