I just bought a Virus a and would like to know if I can install the "Virus B Series OS 4.90 Build 050 English" on it?

I don't really think so. You need to download the appropriate update for your Virus A, which is labeled Virus A Series 2.80- http://virus.info/api/download…ies%20OS%202.80%20English
