Virus C Patches on a Virus TI Snow

    Hi,


    I want to get my Virus C Patches on to a Virus TI Snow, is there a guide somewhere on how to do this?


    I have tried recording sysex bank dumps from the Virus C and putting them in the 'Patches' folder with a .mid extension but the they are not picked up by Virus Control.
    I have also tried dumping out of the Virus C to the midi in on the Snow - The snow does not seem to respond.
    Searching around for the problem brings up results related to the full TI (look in the SYSTEM menu for MIDI DUMP RX).


    So, can this even be done with a Snow?

    You probably saved the dump in the wrong MIDI file type. I suggest doing it again, and this time trying all the combinations of options that are available in your DAW's MIDI export dialog box. One of the resulting files should work with VC.
