At 3:03 the resonance lead synth....
I tried using the filters with distortion and resonance but I just cant get it right.
I can get some sounds out of the virus snow which sound a bit like the lead, but I when I play a melody with it, it sound horrible 
Any tips or advice?

would love to know that too, is it just a distorted squarewave or? really love this leads
I'm not at home right now so I can' test it, but try a single square wave on OSC2 with a little bit noise FM modulation, I think that should give you the basic sound characteristica. For this vibrating touch try modulating the pitch with an fast LFO, and then some fine tuning, a litle bit of portamento, EQ, etc...
